It is an unused vintage patch. There is one very very tiny hole that a clear thumb tag went through. Measures at 4.5" X 3". Embroidered patch. I only see one other place online selling this on eBay for almost $800. 100% authentic. This is a rare and hard-to-find item. I believe there are some fake ones online as well.
